Giveaway: Rodan + Fields

Have a baby they said, it'll be fun they said.  What they didn't say was afterwards your hair falls out, everything sags, and your skin makes you look like you're 30 going on 80.  After the shock of having bald spots wore off, I had to address the next noticeable issue which was my skin.  It was awful.  Splotchy, dry, dull, and did I mention dry?  I tried everything and spent way to much money doing so.

Before I got pregnant, my skin was tolerable.  Break outs were slim and overall it looked healthy. I was an avid Proactiv user.  One cleanse, once a day seemed to be all I needed to keep my face where I wanted it.  Then I had Mykenzi.  Proactiv was no longer working and neither was anything else I tried.

My friend Amy approached me about Rodan + Fields new skin care line.  I figured at this point, maybe I needed a more grown up version of Proactiv.  These new regimens were clearly more complex than Proactiv surely they could help my mom skin.  I used the Solution Tool to figure out what regimen would work best for me.  Since I'm a born and raised Florida girl who refused sunscreen at the beach, my brown spots dubbed the Reverse Regimen my best match.

I've been using the Reverse Regimen for 60 days now.  From the first wash I knew it was different.  My skin felt clean, it felt refreshed, and most importantly, for the first time in months it felt moisturized.  Before the Reverse Regimen I did not EVER leave the house with out makeup unless I knew I wasn't going in anywhere, and now I hardly put it on, and if I do, its very minimal make up.  My skin is noticeably brighter, firmer, and cleaner.  Break outs are back to a minimum, even during PMS which is HUGE!  Not to mention, my make up even goes on better.  I'm able to wear a lesser coverage foundation and my face doesn't look like I have caked make up on to cover things up.  All these noticeable differences and I only used the regimen once a day.  For me, that was enough.  I would also alternate the Step 3 Brightening Complex with the Overnight Restorative Cream which I loved.  It was so light, it didn't feel like I was going to bed with a heavy cream on my face.  It's definitely brought me back to what I feel like 31 year old skin should look like.  My favorite part?  All those years of no sunscreen and sun spots have basically disappeared.  They never bothered me until I realized how much fresher and younger I look without them.  My skin looks so healthy!
