B2 Bumpdate: 18 Weeks

So this week not only am I 18 weeks pregnant, but Mykenzi also turned 18 months old.  I tried to commemorate this milestone with Pinterest worthy photos, but as you can imagine, with an 18 month old that didn't turn out as planned.

Here is a little preview of how things went down:

How far along?  18 weeks, 3 days

Total weight gain?  5lbs, I'll weigh in again at the Doctor next week.

Maternity clothes?  Almost, I've tried some on and I'm not quite there yet, however, my jeans are on their last leg.  Baby boy tries to escape the waistline ... so leggings it is!

Stretch marks?  Not yet.

Sleep?  Sleep was rough this week.  Not for lack of trying, but we had a sick little tot on our hands which made for rough nights.

PEAK of the week?  Momma got a much needed haircut!  My last one was in September.  Next on my much needed list is a mani/pedi!

PIT of the week?  A sick tot and a sick kitty!  I've got to take my little butterball Maddie in on Monday for check up.  She hasn't been doing so hot and I fear old age has gotten the best of her.

Big Sister?  Despite being sick, she's a little champ ... still keeping Momma on her toes, even through the snot and coughs.

Daddy?  is just trying not to catch whatever Mykenzi and I keep passing around!  He wants no part of our germs.

Miss anything?  I could've really really used that Bloody Mary this week.

Movement?  So. Much. Movement.  Ever since my post last week baby boy has been busy.  I'm feeling him more and more pronounced each day.  Although a wiggle worm, he does seem to be more chilled out than his sister was in the womb.

Food cravings?  Besides the usual Chicken Philly Sub, nothing has stood out this week.  Mainly just ALL. THE. FOOD.

Anything making you feel sick or queasy?  Nope, I think we are finally over the nausea hump for good!

Gender?  Boy!  We hope to confirm very soon!

Symptoms?  Dry skin, Dry hair ... baby is sucking everything he can out of me!

Belly button in or out?  Flat. Flat. Flat.

Happy or moody?  Pretty happy.

Looking forward to?  Our appointment in the coming week.  Always a good day when you get to check on baby!
