Nuby Review: Squeeze n' Squeak Elephant

Y'all.

It has been a week.

I've learned this week that having a baby has turned me into an emotional eater.  A stressful week has resulted in eating my weight in Reese's Pieces, you know, the giant 10.5 oz bag.  I've had a bag a day since Saturday. Yeaaaaah, insert wide-eyed emoji here followed by the pig.  I'm really sad that I can't use the excuse, "I'm pregnant" anymore, so I'm currently working on a good justification for hoarding Reese's Pieces with my mouth.

The babe has been super fussy lately ... I thought maybe teething, upset tummy, tired, but then I realized she's just being a baby and she's having a week too.

The cure for a fussy baby? A squeaky toy.

Not just any squeaky toy ... the Squeeze n' Squeak toy from Nuby.

Not only does the squeak catch her attention and immediately bring a smile to her face, but it's easy and soft enough that she is able to squeak the toy herself.  Which, when this kid figures out she can do anything herself, you better bust out all the claps and Yay!'s you have because she's waiting for them.

The squeak is only the beginning, it also has ribbons and what we call "linky-dos" attached to them. The multiple textured surfaces give her more things to occupy that little growing mind of hers, not to mention, it gives Momma more than a few minutes to do a load of laundry, load the dishwasher, or even catch a quick bathroom break.  #winning

We chose the Elephant because it was girly, but they also more gender neutral colors and different animals.  You can buy your Squeeze n' Squeak toy here.  All are perfect for baby's little hands and BPA Free.
